THE NEW CITY CAR
" MITSUBISHI MIRAGE SPORT"
FIRST IMPRESSION MITSUBISHI MIRAGE SPORT
the Mitsubishi Mirage was an iconic model that was known for its ability as a performance oriented car.
The new Mirage however is on a different mission. Labeled as an “eco” car by
Mitsubishi, the Mirage was built with class-leading fuel economy in
mind.Mirage is available in three variants – GLX ( manual ) GLS, Exceed and Sport ( CVT ), with the GS sitting on top of the range with features like front fog lamps, a spoiler, leather steering wheel and gear knob, keyless operation system, push start function, digital automatic air cond, and LED stop lamp integrated into the rear spoiler.
Exterior wise, there is nothing to shout about the Mirage. As you can see, Mitsubishi has chosen to keep this model simple, yet presentable, rather than making it flamboyant, screaming for attention.
For those who want to stand out, Mitsubishi also offers two additional accessories packages. Customers can choose between the Aero package which comprises of a front, side and rear skirting, leather seats, and a Ralliart fuel lid cap, or the Chrome package, which comes with a chromed fog lamp garnish, front bumper garnish, and scuff plates.
Power is supplied by a 1.2-litre DOHC MIVEC engine that produces 76hp and 100Nm of maximum torque, with two transmission choices (CVT or manual). Although these figures might suggest that the Mirage is a humble car in terms of performance, the Mirage, which weighs only 860kg, is actually a very happy, fun city car.
I think this MITSUBISHI MIRAGE is fun to drive and very recommended for young racers and for modification.
